Sleep Test Machines

Sleep Test Machines, or Polysomnogram Machines (PSG Machines) are systems that record various body parameters during sleep to be able diagnose sleep problems.

These parameters may include ECG, EEG, EOG, SPO2, body position, chest and abdominal efforts, airflow, snoring, and more.

The simplest machines record only one channel, or one parameter of sleeping, typically airflow through the nose.

The laboratory devices typically record more than 20 channels of information for a more complete picture of the patient’s sleeping condition.
